The Paderborn 26-27 away kit pays tribute to Paderborn’s 1,250-year history, which will be celebrated throughout the season, and is therefore designed in red and gold. A historical detail has been incorporated into the back of the shirt: it features a star motif found on a fragment of a painting during excavations, which is thought to have once adorned the stone buildings of the time. This is complemented by the official name of the settlement at the source of the Pader (patris brunna) and the year 777.
