By creating an account and using ShirtSociety, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

3. User content

You retain ownership of the content you post, including photos and descriptions of your shirts. By posting content, you grant ShirtSociety a non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe the rights of others.

4. Prohibited behaviour

You agree not to misuse the platform. This includes, but is not limited to: posting offensive or illegal content, spamming other users, attempting to access accounts that are not yours, or using the platform for commercial purposes without our consent.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your settings.

6. Limitation of liability

ShirtSociety is provided as-is. We do our best to keep the platform running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the platform.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ShirtSociety after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
