Ajax
Ajax Amsterdam 1995-96 Special Kit
A seldom-seen kit commemorating Ajax's last campaign at De Meer Stadion. The club had called De Meer home since 1934, yet mounting safety regulations brought capacity down to just 19,000, inadequate for an organization of Ajax's stature. Construction of the Amsterdam ArenA followed, with the club relocating in 1996. This distinctive shirt was utilized in just a single fixture during the 95-96 season—specifically the final meeting between the club and arch-rivals PSV Eindhoven at their historic venue, which ended 1-1 after Kanu's first-half equalizer cancelled out a Ronaldo goal.
