The Kappa Mainz 2022-2023 Fastnacht shirt employs the club's recent signature pattern, combining the four symbolic Fastnacht colors of red, white, blue and yellow. This creates a quartered look on the front, while the back is plain white. Various graphic elements appear all over the shirt, such as caps (Narrenkappen) and the Mainzer Dom.
