A unique jersey was created for Bochum's DFB-Pokal quarterfinal match against Bayern Munich on February 10th, 2016. This marked the second occasion on which Bochum received a special shirt for a DFB-Pokal encounter with Bayern Munich. The first special shirt of this kind was utilized during the 2011-12 DFB-Pokal campaign.
