Quini, whose real name was Enrique Castro and who stands as Sporting de Gijón's greatest player of all time, passed away on February 27, 2018. Throughout his career with Gijón, Castro netted 214 goals. This limited edition kit was created as a tribute to commemorate Quini's passing.
