The 2012/13 third kit for Hansa Rostock shares the same foundation as the away kit, using the straightforward yellow Nike Park V teamwear jersey as its base. Both the sponsor logo and Nike branding are rendered in black. Following the 3. Liga rulebook, which permitted this addition, Hansa Rostock were able to place a star above their emblem to commemorate their 1991 DDR championship victory.
