FC Den Haag in 1972, posing in a specially made cup kit. Unfortunately, this beautiful kit was only worn once, in the quarter final against Sparta. Since the Ajax equipment manager had forgotten to bring the blue reserve kit in which the Amsterdammers were scheduled to play, Den Haag was forced to wear the then customary green shirt with yellow piping (in which the warm-up had been done) again during the final in De Kuip.
