Ecuador 1981 Special Kit
Special long-sleeve kit used for Ecuador's crucial last game of the Spain 1982 CONMEBOL WC Qualifiers, visiting Chile atthe Santiago National Stadium. A win would have signified a serious chance to obtain their first ever qualification to the World Cup finals. Sadly enough, they lost the game 2-0, missing out the first spot of the group. Additionally, this shirt puts end to the blue-sash kits era for the national team. It wouldn't make a comeback until the Copa America 2016 home kit.
