During March 2018, a charity encounter took place at De Kuip between Feyenoord and ADO Den Haag to back the "Support Casper" initiative, which focused on pancreatic cancer research. This campaign was created by celebrated sports physician Casper van Eyck, who served as Feyenoord's club doctor. The home side emerged victorious with a 4-0 scoreline, and all revenue from the match was donated to the foundation, thereby helping to increase public understanding of efforts to combat the disease.
